Nose: Stony, flinty, very grassy and pretty waxy, with quite some butter More complexity. Goes on with lemon juice, bread crumb and ham. Well, what’s sure is that Dallas Dhu used to be a rather singular single malt!
Mouth: starts on big lemony notes again. Orange juice, vitamin C tablets, porridge, nutmeg, salt and grass juice
