1991 Highland Park 18 Year Old First Cask

1991 Highland Park 18 year old, Orkney from the First Cask Series, distilled 17/09/1991, cask no. 15125, bottle no. 654

Colour: Straw.

Nose: Fruity with whiffs of lavender-scented soap, lemonade, gin fizz… Very, very lemony actually, getting also very grassy, with hints of peat and green tea.

Mouth: Starts honeyed. Lemonade again, sunflower oil, lemon zest…

Finish: Quite long again, more on orange marmalade and quite some salt now.
