Malted Rye Spirit made using the traditional malting methods of heating Dankowskie rye to 176 deg 

Nose: Creamy vanilla and hints of citrus and delicate toasted grain, with sweet spices like cinnamon, some soft honeycomb and delicate citrus notes.  

Palate: Extreme smooth and soft tones from the start, creamy with vanilla and creamy toffee, soft lemon sorbet and hints of cracked black pepper, lingering rich notes of toffee and apple with butterscotch and shortbread.
