The distillery draws its water from the Burnside springs and uses a lightly peated malted barley varietal as the cereal source of this distinctive and intriguing Speyside single malt.

Nose: Orange marmalade, fig syrup and sweet dates with a dusting of cocoa and cinnamon and a hint of mint.
Palate: Dark chocolate fondant glazed with maraschino cherries turning into plum and spiced honey.
Finish: Long and rounded with an earthy balance of nutmeg, barley and leather.

The BenRiach distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in the Speyside area of Scotland. It is currently owned by Brown-Forman Corporation after being purchased on 1 June 2016 as a subsidiary from the BenRiach Distillery Company Limited, formed by two South African funding partners, Geoff Bell and Wayne Keiswetter, and Scotch whisky expert Billy Walker.
