Bittered Sling – Orange & Juniper bitters easily stands up to oak-matured spirits, and has a powerful presence in lighter cocktail applications. Perfect as an addition to sparkling or flat water, smoothies, tea, white spirits, whisky, vermouth, sake, beer & cider, sparkling wine. The ultimate finish for a hollandaise sauce or in desserts using floral and citrus notes.

—Dissolve marmalade in cup with mint, bourbon, and bitters. Stir and serve with crushed ice and mint sprig. —

2 oz. bourbon
7 mint leaves
1 heaping barspoon marmalade
2 dashes Orange & Juniper Bitters
1 dash Kensington Aromatic Bitters
