Colour: Amber.

Nose: Already some notes of ‘bottle age’, with very little smoke if any.There is something coastal, too.

Mouth: there is quite some peat now, and also crystallised fruits and butter caramel plus a little liquorice. It gets then bolder, with quite some salt and tar and gets then a little ‘difficult’ (heavy notes of salty liquorice).
