A smoky 1997 Bunnahabhain single malt, matured in a single Pedro Ximenez cask until it was bottled in January 2020. The result is aromas of toffee, dried fruits, roasted nuts and chocolate on the nose, complemented by notes of raisins, sultanas, honeyed dates, coffee and salted caramel chocolate.
