Cosa Salvaje Anejo Tequila is a handcrafted and hand-aged tequila. Its flavor is characterized by the complexity of the agave, combined with the natural sweetness of caramel and oak. Cosa Salvaje Anejo Tequila is distilled from 100% blue agave. This process takes from eight to twelve years, depending on the desired level of maturity. After distillation, the tequila is then aged in oak barrels for at least two years. This handcrafted process creates a complex and flavorful tequila.
