Tasting notes – The maturity of late stone fruits, drawn from the Borderies, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne unveil a unique complexity. Fins Bois allows for a soft summer Jasmine to take the lead in this blend. Hints of gingerbread with a silky finish.
