Colour: Amber. Nose: A lovely minerality with grass, mint, leather and then touches of chocolate. Mouth: Lots of herbs and liquorice, spices, Seville oranges, lemons, ginger, pepper, nutmeg,… This is pretty excellent! Finish: Long, on pepper, sultanas and marmalade. Peppery aftertaste.
