Don Papa Rum is seen here through the lens of four different sherry casks. After four years of ageing in exbourbon barrels, the rum is transferred to four different sherry-finished barrels, namely Pedro Ximénez, Palo Cortado, Fino and Cream, each contributing different flavours over the course of an additional 18 months.
