Doorly’s 12 Year Old Rum

Made at Foursquare Rum Distillery in St Philip, Barbados, one of the few remaining independent family owned producers in the Caribbean. Doorly’s 12yr is a classic Barbados aged rum aged for 12 years on Barbados. A nicely aromatic nose with some ripe fruits and soft dry spices, corned toffee and hints of pears, mango melon and peach. Lots of rich, full flavours on the palate, dry oak and tangy spices, opal fruits with a hint of pepper, vanilla pod and buttercream.
