Made from 100% Blue Weber agave plants Twice distilled in pot stills (entirely completed in pot stills) Aged in freshly emptied American oak barrels to impart a smooth finish. Master Distiller Agustin Sanchez, who began his career with Patron, uses a proprietary yeast culture grown by the Maestri family common practice is inoculation with commercial yeast in column stills for balanced flavors and a smooth finish, we blend tequilas from both the Jalisco highlands and lowlands.
El Macho Anejo Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromatic scents of honeysuckle, toasted caramel and lime blossoms unfurl into hints of Ceylon cinnamon and tropical floral tones.
Palate: An intensely deep palate with facets of vanilla bean, rich caramel and toasted almonds. Subtle flavors of orange zest and anise are nestled in succulent layers of buttercream and tart pineapple.
Finish: A refined finish.
