A combination of rums from Bacardi’s distilleries in both the Bahamas and Puerto Rico, this rum is blended prior to ageing for 10 to 12 years in a tropical climate.
Producer Tasting Note:
Nose: Fruity, vanilla, banana, resin, pepper, and integrated wood particles. Intriguing, and very good.
Palate: More pronounced vanilla, raisin fudge, espresso, chestnut, newly worked oak and a smidgeon of smoke.
Finish: Rich and sweet, with spicy oak aromas that linger the longest.
