The latest release in the Rum Journey collection from Italian independent bottler Hidden Spirits is this vibrant expression from Guatemala’s Zama Distillery. The spirit flowed from the stills back in 2014, ahead of a nine-year ageing period. Three of those took place in a tropical climate. The bottling is rich, round and sumptuous, with milk chocolate, dark fruit and honey notes.
