Merlet Brothers Blend Cognac 700ml (ABV 40%)

Merlet Brothers Blend is the result of a blend of eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of 4 years, mainly Fins Bois combined for a fifth with Grande Champagne. The marriage of different vintages, some much older, allows the development of a unique style: the younger ones bring vigour and power, and the older ones bring complexity and maturity. Merlet Brothers Blend lends itself perfectly to consumption on ice, the fruity aromas are thus enhanced and new flowery flavors develop.

Nose – Elegant and energetic, characterized by notes of candied apricot, quince, white flowers, cinnamon and vanilla.

Palate – Delicate notes of white fruit (peach and apricot) and a subtle woodiness. It is a supple and balanced cognac with a pleasant length of taste.
