Ms. Better’s Chocolate. Remember the days when you would lick the brownie bowl clean? Chocolate may be one of the joys of childhood, but it never gets old. This bitter combines a plethora of notes from sweet to spicy, and pairs well with Mexican and Spanish cuisine. Slow roasted cocoa nibs, 3 types of chilies, and a sprinkling of botanicals make this an ideal fit for mezcal, Horchatas, bourbon, whiskey, spiced rum and coffee liqueur. Add a dash to an old fashioned, Mexican hot chocolate or orgeat-based tiki cocktail.
