Ms. Better’s Sumac Kiwi Bitters

Tasting notes: Fruity ripe and unripe kiwi, fresh sumac, lemon pith, sour, juicy, vibrant, very little bitterness.

A one-of-a-kind bitters profile that is more of a souring agent than a traditional bitter. The pucker-your-lips-sour-fruit flavour will pep up any cocktail! Sumac berries lend an earthy tang and bright pink hue (perfect for a bitters float!), and kiwis round it out with their sweet tartness.
