Barrel Aged Peychaud’s bitters are a unique and limited offering that embodies the rich history associated with Peychaud’s and classic rye whiskey. Aged in Sazerac rye whiskey barrels for 140 days, these take on a more complex, yet mellow, profile and add a flavourful, spicy twist to any cocktail. Each drop boasts hints of oak, candied spice and vanilla that can be found in rich ryes, bourbons, and Sazerac whiskey. Pair these with every classic application of aromatic bitters.
