In the 1990s, Barcelo and Co., seeking to expand its brand, gave Spanish entrepreneurs who had extensive experience in the production of wines and spirits, the right to export Ron Barcelo. Ron Barcelo SRL was founded. At present, Ron Barcelo SRL continues to produce only and exclusively Ron Barcelo.
