Strathisla – First Cask 1979 – Speyside – 24 y/old 46% vol

This is bottle 495, from cask 5347. Distilled 15th September 1979.From old tasting notes: A lighter, fruity style of Speyside. Has aromas of bananas and white chocolate. On the palate there are fresh pears, roasted malts and creamy milk chocolate. The finish is long and honeyed.
