Nose:- Initial whiffs of alcohol, then soon the smoke and a very pleasant mix of dryness (fino sherry ?) and sweetness (vanilla). After some times it evolves with banana and some orange zests.
Taste:- Round, really well balanced, dry (fino ?). A little bit too light (not weak) in the middle, but remarkably clean and balanced. Citrus (lemon, orange) and dry wine clearly come out. The smake become smooth (a light backdrop).
Finish:- Definitely long, sweet and clean. It comes out more clearly the wood (even some resin). The lemon and the orange never leave your palate.
