Located at the more premium end of their unpeated range, the Tobermory 21 Year serves as their take on the quintessential sherried single malt offering a drier, more nuanced approach to this traditionally rich and bold style of Scotch. Distilled from 100% malted Scottish barley, this Scotch spent its initial maturation in used American oak barrels where it slowly developed its flavors over the course of two decades. After this, the resulting Scotch was then transferred to used Manzanilla sherry casks for a brief finishing period, imparting it with its fruity character before finally being bottled and labeled.
