TWF (Tequila With Friends) Tequila Blanco is made from 100% estate owned blue agave grown in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. Seven-year-old blue agave is harvested, slow-roasted in centuries-old brick ovens, and extracted using a roller mill. A slow/medium fermentation system is used before the batch is double distilled in copper pots, and then proofed to 40% ABV.
